2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and all account details secure. Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

• Always keep a correct mobile number and email on your account.
• Change your password regularly and do not use easily guessable passwords.
• Always log out after using a public device.

89bf strictly provides services for users aged 21 and above. Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older may create an account and use the betting and gaming services on this platform.

• The minimum age to register is 21 years.
• A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested at any time for age verification.
• Allowing or assisting minors to create accounts through fraudulent means is a punishable offence.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is completed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.

All bonuses and promotional offers at 89bf have specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to those conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit up to ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, 89bf reserves the right to verify the account.
• Each promotion may have its own expiry date.

Sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services are available on the 89bf platform. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

• Betting is limited to available balance only — credit betting is not permitted.
• If incorrect results are displayed due to a technical error, 89bf reserves the right to void those bets.
• In sports betting, winnings will be credited after the result of the specific event is confirmed.
• For bets left incomplete due to server downtime or network issues, 89bf's decision is final.
• Fair play rules are strictly followed and game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89bf, and any such violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Fraud, manipulation, or any form of bonus abuse (for example: collecting bonuses through multiple accounts).
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other users.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment accounts.
• Misrepresenting personal information or using a false identity.

89bf reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account. This action may be taken in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of these Terms is detected.
• If the deposited payment method cannot be verified.
• If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are identified.
• At the user's own request (voluntarily or for responsible gaming reasons).

• Loss resulting from fraudulent activity by a third party where the user themselves provided information to that third party.

Under no circumstances will 89bf be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Any dispute or complaint will first be addressed through the 89bf support team. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 2: The support team will review the issue and propose a resolution.
• Step 3: A final resolution will be reached with the agreement of both parties.

If you have an objection to the support team's decision, there is an opportunity for review at a higher level. The decision of 89bf's review committee will be considered final.

89bf reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be considered effective from the moment they are published on the website.

• For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users by email.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken to mean the user has accepted the new Terms.
• If you do not agree with the new Terms, inform the support team before closing your account.

If any part or clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
